Week 1

So week 1 took a beating on me.  I think I somehow injured myself while trying to do a HIIT workout from YouTube and somehow aggravated my ankles and the rest of my joints. I was diagnosed last year with Rheumatoid Arthritis and suspected some signs of Lupus.  I got better in September 2016 but somehow see the breakouts on my face.

I think its related to the sun as the sun tends to break me out, but these past 2 weeks I have had the most horrible joint pains starting with my feet all the way up to my neck. In addition I've had some perosnal things occur that has caused me a lot of stress.

Although I have been working out since last year and have a membership I have not fully committed. I am proud of myself for at least trying and getting the hang of it.  Now the hardest part is the food part.  That is why I have not seen progress because I eat so bad.

I'm addicted to soda and sugar and of course carbs.  In addition I need to use food as medicine considering my health ailments. I did not workout last week and only worked out 1 day the week prior.  This coming week I can't workout because of my period which really debilitates me.
My goal is to feel better by next week July 1st and get back in the groove.

I also need sleep and rest my mind.
